Emmanuel Crenne is a senior investment banker specializing in financial structuring and international capital markets, with more than 20 years of experience on Wall Street.

During his career, he held senior structuring roles at leading global investment banks, including Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of Structuring. He has extensive experience structuring and executing complex financial solutions across emerging markets.

Mr. Crenne has advised corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities and has structured a wide range of M&A, derivatives, and financing transactions across the CIS, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. His expertise spans FX, equities, credit derivatives, commodities, structured and leveraged finance, M&A, and Islamic finance.

At Ansher Investments LLP, he focuses on originating advisory opportunities, supporting capital raising initiatives with international investors, and developing strategic partnerships for the firm’s cross-border transactions.

Mr. Crenne is a French national. He holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Télécom ParisTech, a DEA in Astrophysics from Université Paris VI, and a Diploma in Finance and Political Science from Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He currently resides in the United Arab Emirates and has lived and worked across Europe and Asia for more than two decades.
