Mukhitdin Ishankhobjaev is an Execution Partner of Ansher Investments LLP. He has over 13 years of experience in consulting and leadership roles, having worked in government agencies, private companies, and infrastructure projects, as well as advising international financial institutions on various initiatives.

He has held roles as Senior Legal Counsel in fintech and banking compliance, worked on public-private partnership (PPP) projects with firms including Goshawk, and served as Business Development Regional Director at Risen Energy, Executive and Project Director at SkyPower Global, as well as senior legal and PPP positions at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2011 and his Master’s degree in Law in 2013 from the National University of Uzbekistan.
