The programm of the training focused on increasing knowledge and enhancing professional skills in the area of fund management, investment and capital markets.

Sayyora Rasuleva - the Head of the Lega Department of Ansher Capital attended the training. Over the course of four days, participants touched upon various models of investment funds and practices for fund management, negotiations in investment transactions with case studies, as well as drafting various financial/securities contracts.

The training was delivered by Professor Don De Amicis and Ms Gene M. Smith, representatives of the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), a division of the US Department of Commerce.
