Sayyora Rasuleva is a Member of the Board of Directors at Ansher Investments LLP and Head of Legal at Ansher Capital. Prior to this, she worked as Managing Director (DCM). Ms. Rasuleva is a graduate of Westminster International University in Tashkent, where she earned a First Class Diploma in Commercial Law, and has been working at Ansher Capital since 2019.

She is a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, which she used to pursue her Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge. Ms. Rasuleva is fluent in Uzbek, English, and Russian, and has beginner proficiency in German and French.
