Saodat Khafizova is the General Director. Mrs. Khafizova specializes in portfolio management. She has an extensive 25 years of experience in the securities market in Uzbekistan. Prior to joining Ansher Capital, Ms. Khafizova had worked at Elite Deposit LLC, a leading deposit and asset management services company in Uzbekistan for 19 years. Previously, Mrs. Khafizova had worked at Uzbek Securities Exchange Commission, leading a department of control and coordination of the securities market. Also, she worked for State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Saodat Khafizova holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tashkent State University of Economics. She is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
Mr. Rasulev is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Ansher Capital LLC, an Investment Banking arm of Ansher Investments LLP since 2023. Before his position as CEO, he was the Senior Managing Director (TPM) (2022 - 2023), Managing Director (Trading Operations) (2020 - 2022), and Managing Director for consultancy services (2020) in Ansher Capital LLC.
He holds B.A. (Hons) degree from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
His mother tongue is the Uzbek language. Mr. Rasulev is fluent in Russian and English.
Ms. Yugay joined Ansher team in December 2023 as a Chief Accountant. She resposible for managing the accounts, reporting and correspondance with Tax authorities on the behalf of Ansher Capital.
Ms. Yugay holds bachelor degree from Tashkent Automobile and Road Institue with a major of Economics and Management. She also studied in Tashkent Polytechnological college with a major of Accounting and Audit.
She also holds variety of certificates of successful completion audit, accounting, financial management and reporting to taxation authorities from institutions in Uzbekistan.
She is fluent in Russian and Uzbek.
Currently Mrs. Rasuleva is working as a Managing Director of Real Estate Management at Ansher Capital LLC. Her responsibilities include renting office spaces to lessees and maintaining constant cash receipts from rental.
Previously Mrs. Rasuleva has served as General Director of Binokor Sarmoya LLC, she has coordinates the overall policy, planning and strategic development of the company.
Mrs. Rasuleva has more than 7 years of experience in property management business.
Before she worked in senior positions in several public and private companies, including Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Mrs. Rasuleva holds an Engineering degree from Tashkent State Polytechnic Institute.
Her mother tongue is the Uzbek language. Mrs. Rasuleva is fluent in Russian and English.
Sayyora is a graduate of Westminster Interntional University in Tashkent. She has First Class Diploma in Commecieal Law. Sayyora serves as Maanging Director (DCM) since 2022. Before she was responsible for heading the legal department of Ansher Capital.
Ms. Rasuleva is fluent in Uzbek, English, Russsian and beginner in German and French languages.
Arslan Latipov joined the Ansher Capital team in 2024. His functions include the prompt study of the activities of a particular company, the creation of analytical materials that will interest potential investors.
Arslan has extensive experience in economic analytics, compiling various financial materials. He holds a master's degree in the Faculty of Business Analytics and Economics of the Tomsk State University of Economics. Arslan is also a laureate of prestigious economic competitions, such as "I am a professional", various mathematical and economic Olympiads and many others.
Arslan is fluent in Russian and English.
Shakhnoza Rasuleva is a graduate of Westminster International University in Tashkent. She is a specialist in marketing field, as well as in social media marketing. Applying various tools, she contributes to the development Ansher Capital.
Shakhnoza`s mother tongue is the Uzbek language, also she is fluent in Russian and English.
Sardor Shomakhmudov is working as Business manager since 2020 at Ansher Capital LLC.
Prior to Ansher Capital he served in other companies as a manager.
He is mother tongue is Uzbek language. Mr. Shomakhmudov is fluent in Russian language.
