As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ansher Investments LLP, Mr. Rasulev constructively challenges and contributes to the development of Company’s business strategy. He coordinates the overall policy, planning and strategic development of the Ansher Investments LLP.

Chief Executive Officer of Ansher Capital LLC
Mr. Rasulev is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Ansher Capital LLC, an Investment Banking arm of Ansher Investments LLP since 2023. Before his position as CEO, he was the Senior Managing Director (TPM) (2022 - 2023), Managing Director (Trading Operations) (2020 - 2022), and Managing Director for consultancy services (2020) in Ansher Capital LLC.
Mr. Rasulev also served as Head of the Representative Office of Ansher Investments LLP in Uzbekistan from 2017-2023.
Mr Rasulev started his career as Deputy General Director in Movarounnaxr Invest LLC, an investment company for equities in 2016, and became General Director in 2017 until 2020.
He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
His mother tongue is the Uzbek language. Mr. Rasulev is fluent in Russian and English.
Saodat Khafizova is the General Director of Ansher Capital LLC.
Ms Khafizova joined Ansher Capital LLC as the General Director in 2019.
Previously, she worked at Elite Deposit LLC, where she provided depository and asset managment services.
She has an extensive 25 years of experience in the securities market in Uzbekistan.
Chief Accountant
Ms. Yugay joined Ansher team in December 2023 as a Chief Accountant. She resposible for managing the accounts, reporting and correspondance with Tax authorities on the behalf of Ansher Capital.
Ms. Yugay holds bachelor degree from Tashkent Automobile and Road Institue with a major of Economics and Management. She also studied in Tashkent Polytechnological college with a major of Accounting and Audit.
She also holds variety of certificates of successful completion audit, accounting, financial management and reporting to taxation authorities from institutions in Uzbekistan.
She is fluent in Russian and Uzbek.

Managing Director (DCM), Head of Legal at Ansher Capital LLC
Ms Rasuleva is serving as Managing Director (DCM) and Head of Legal at Ansher Capital LLC, an Investment Banking arm of Ansher Investments LLP, since 2022. Before that, she worked as the Lawyer (2020 - 2022) and Assistant Lawyer during her undergraduate studies.
Ms Rasuleva is a graduate of the Commercial Law Course at Westminster International University in Tashkent.
Ms. Rasuleva studied at International School of Winterthur (Switzerland).
Her mother tongue is the Uzbek language. Ms. Rasuleva is fluent in Russian and English, and is a beginner in French.

Project Manager at Ansher Capital LLC
Previously, Mr. Makhmudov served as Deputy Chairman of the ”Uzbekoziqovqatzahira” Association and was responsible for investment activity and relations.
Before Mr. Makhmudov has worked in JSC “Uzneftegazmash” as a chief specialist and in JSC “General Motors Uzbekistan” as a specialist of planning and marketing at logistic department in the period of 2013-2016.
He holds MSc (Hons) degree from Kings College London.
