Sayyora is a graduate of Westminster Interntional University in Tashkent. She has First Class Diploma in Commecieal Law. Sayyora serves as Maanging Director (DCM) since 2022. Before she was responsible for heading the legal department of Ansher Capital.
Ms. Rasuleva is fluent in Uzbek, English, Russsian and beginner in German and French languages.
