Carthill Assets Management (predecessor of Ansher Capital), as the financial advisor to Wimm-Bill-Dann in Uzbekistan, arranged the acquisition of “Tashkent Sut” JSC – the largest producer of dairy products in Uzbekistan – through the transaction of 76.98% of its common shares to Wimm-Bill-Dan.
