Uzbek-American joint venture cellular Coscom issued bonds worth $ 1.3 million

Uzbek-American Joint Venture Coscom - the third largest mobile operator in the country - issued bonds worth 1 billion soums / 1 USD - 784.5 soum / planning receive funds under the GSM network expansion project in Uzbekistan.

This was reported by Anvar Rasulev, representative of International Emission Syndicate on placing corporate bond issuers in
Uzbekistan, General Director of Managing Company Carthill Assets Management.

He clarified that the issue is released in a cashless form with 2 years term of treatment by 29 percent per annum. The main underwriter of the issue, providing 100 percent liquidity of bonds became Business Bank.

International Emission Syndicate operates on a continuous basis since November 2001. Carthill Assets Mangement Company is the subsidiary of British Carthill Investment Company, and is the Managing Company of International emission sindicate.
